In 2007, Laskoski received the Roger S. Smith Undergraduate Student Researcher Award and decided to use the award to create a documentary and research project on prostitution and the laws surrounding soliciting.
Laura Collison brings us the news this week with a story about a new law in Quebec, Bill 34, which will potentially limit access to abortion in the province. The bill has been met with a lot of resistance from the public and the medical community and now the government is rethinking it.
Bringing the show to a close is Sam with Radio Eve. This week she brings us the song African Pride by Souljah Fyah.

Sam has also been busy creating news! She will be featured on the national radio program Groundwire. Sam did an excellent piece on the Charter battle undertaken by women ski jumpers wanting to be included in the 2010 Olympics. Congratulations, Sam!
